The hotel facilities were great, and the cleanliness of the rooms was really good. the staff was friendly and accommodating, ensuring that our needs were met throughout our stay. The location of this hotel was also ideal, with easy access to the Charade race circuit and a cheap and frequent bus service just across the road. the availability of parking made our visit hassle-free.

Great transportation options! The bus service across the street was a lifesaver, giving us cheap and frequent access to Clermont-Ferrand. It made exploring the city a breeze. Plus, the hotel's location was key. We were surrounded by shops, restaurants, and other amenities, making it easy to find everything we needed. And let's not forget the comfortable beds. After a long day of sightseeing, we enjoyed a good night's sleep in cozy and clean rooms.
The owner had a terrible attitude. When I asked for help with a simple issue, he acted like it was the end of the world.

There was a slight inconvenience upon arrival as there was little hot water available.

Great location for visiting a nearby city, with a bus stop just across the road with frequent and cheap buses. the hotel also had a decent supply of hot water despite the queues to use it. the beds were comfortable.
The owner had a terrible attitude, not only was he unhelpful when I requested assistance with the bathroom light, but also left me feeling undervalued as a customer. the lack of a shower head holder and small rooms made the stay uncomfortable.
